Bryan is based in London and has been involved in real estate design and development for over 40 years
He has developed high quality residential apartments in Central London and new office buildings in London and other UK cities
Earlier in his career he developed many new contemporary office buildings in South Africa and was also involved in refurbishing and redesigning hotel and office buildings in the United States
He also originated , designed, developed and built up a group of bars/restaurants in Central London which he sold in the 1990’s
More recently he has concentrated on designing and developing contemporary homes in the Home Counties to the South of London

Baroness Roanna Martin Trigona
s Roanna Martin-Trigona has extensive experience in international business management, international politics, media branding, and public relations. Her work with high-level media outlets, celebrities, political figures, and the arts, coupled with full fluency in French, Italian, Spanish and English, brings a wealth of cultural, financial and business acumen to her clients.
In the art world, Roanna’s public relations and marketing skills brought her together with top players in the art business. As managing director for renowned art dealer, George Mathysen-Gerst, she spearheaded fine art research, promotion and sales for both his New York and Geneva offices while supervising private treaties with Sotheby’s, Christies, and other international auction houses. She developed media campaigns for internationally acclaimed artists and photographers, securing interviews with news outlets such as NPR, CNN, New York Times, and Vanity Fair. She also organized major art exhibitions for such notable celebrities in the New York art scene such as Peter Beard, “Exhibit A Gallery”, Soho, New York City.
Her education includes an MA from the University of Colorado, Linguistics; BA Tufts University and Jackson College with degrees in Language, and the Georgetown University School of Languages and Linguistics.

Stephen O’Dell is a registered architect in New York and and is a member of the American Institute of Architects. Mr. O'Dell has over 30 years of architectural experience in the planning and design of many diverse building types, including private residences, high rise construction, institutional, interior design and commercial projects.
